New Program - Racing for Outreach Announced
Britton, a strikingly handsome young man, possessed an infectious smile that had the remarkable ability to light up any room he entered. His constant kindness was a beacon, extending warmth to everyone fortunate enough to cross his path. A proud member of the wrestling team at Big Spring High School, Britton, a true Bulldog, embodied the team's motto, "Ever, always strong," both on and off the mat. In the 10th grade, amidst the pursuit of his dreams, he harbored aspirations of following in his father's footsteps by joining the US Air Force and charting his course to become an electrical engineer.
As the co-owner of Fink Racing, Britton exhibited his passion for speed and competition. Fielding the number 17J Wingless Super Sportsman and donning the driver's seat of the number 17 PA Micro Midget, he showcased not only his prowess on the racetrack but also his brilliant knowledge of electrical systems, earning admiration from the garage to the grandstand. Yet, beneath the beautifully perfect exterior, Britton grappled with a silent struggle on the inside.
In the face of this heart-wrenching tragedy, let us honor Britton's memory by rallying together to support those that are in need. Through our collective efforts, we can leverage this senseless loss into an opportunity to raise awareness about the challenges that many face internally. By contributing to the cause, we can ensure that Britton's legacy becomes a force for good, shedding light on the importance of mental health and fostering a community that extends compassion to all.
